Time to get serious.... Seriously.
I was reading on Kevin Rose’s new blog that he’s in the best shape of his life — at 31. Well, I’m 31 too and I just ate a donut… not good.
So with that little bit of info in mind… I’m going to do something about it — today… starting NOW.
